You can return items from our Kauffmann online shop free of charge within 4 weeks of receipt of the goods

by sending us an email to onlineshop@sanders-kauffmann.eu with a brief description of the item or order you wish to return. If the item is defective, please let us know. We will then use this information to send you a DHL returns label, which you can use to return the parcel free of charge to your nearest DHL parcel shop.

Please note, however, that our bedding is a hygiene product and we can only accept returns in its original condition, i.e. unused. As soon as the bedding has been used, slept on or shows any signs of wear, we are unfortunately unable to accept the cancellation of the goods. In this case, we will send your return back to you at your expense.
