Shipping

Shipping is free of charge for you within Europe, we only charge additional fees for some island deliveries. We work together with the shipping service provider DHL. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation is not possible due to the size of the parcels. As soon as the parcel is on its way to you, you will receive a status email from DHL so that you know exactly when your parcel will be delivered. You can also request a delivery day, a drop-off authorisation or a change of address there.

Delivery is possible to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, United Kingdom, Austria.

Delivery time

As soon as we have received your order in our online shop, we will process it promptly.

As a rule, we can deliver items in standard German sizes such as 135/200 and 155/220 and in the 40/80 and 80/80 pillow range within 3-5 working days. The exact delivery times for our articles can be found directly under the product description, depending on the size and warmth level.

If oversizes are not in stock, we will make them exclusively for you as quickly as possible. As we attach great importance to the quality of the workmanship of our articles and produce the duvets with great attention to detail, production takes approx. 4 to 6 weeks.
